Analytics Dashboard
See which rules are working, how often they fire, and how much value they've delivered.
Overview metrics
The top of the Analytics page shows:

| Active rules | Number of rules currently live at checkout |
| Total executions | All-time rule evaluations (across all rules) |
| Discount delivered | Cumulative discount amount from discount rules |
| Conversion rate | Orders / checkouts for sessions where a rule fired |
Time period filter
Use the period picker (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) to view metrics for different windows. The dashboard updates immediately when you change the period.
Per-rule breakdown
Below the overview, the Recent Activity table shows:
- Rule name
- Last triggered date
- Execution count (in the selected period)
- For discount rules: total discount delivered
Click any rule name to go to the rule's detail page.
Discount tracking
CheckoutMate tracks discount amounts by appending a unique identifier to each discount applied at checkout. This lets the analytics dashboard attribute discount totals to the correct rule even if you have multiple discount rules active.
Execution counts update in near real-time. Discount amount totals may take up to 24 hours to reflect, as they are reconciled from order data overnight.
Usage limits
Your plan includes a monthly execution limit. The Analytics page shows your current usage vs. limit with a progress bar. If you're approaching the limit, you'll also receive an in-app alert.
Executions are counted from the first day of each calendar month.
If you reach your limit, your rules continue to run. You'll get an alert so you can upgrade before the next billing cycle. See Plans & Billing.
Export
You can export your execution data as a CSV. Go to Analytics → Export and choose your date range.
