CheckoutMate offers four plans. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. There is no permanent free tier.

What "executions" means
An execution is counted each time a rule is evaluated at checkout. One customer going through checkout = one execution per active rule.
Example: You have 3 active rules. A customer checks out → 3 executions are counted.
Executions are counted whether or not the rule's conditions match — the rule was evaluated regardless.
What happens when you reach the execution limit
Your rules continue to run when you hit the monthly limit — we don't turn off your checkout rules mid-month.
You'll receive an in-app alert so you can upgrade before the next billing cycle. Consistently exceeding your limit is a sign it's time to upgrade.
Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click Upgrade on your preferred plan. You'll be taken to Shopify's billing confirmation page. After approval, your new limits take effect immediately.
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade from Settings → Plan & Billing. Before confirming, CheckoutMate shows a preview of which rules will be automatically paused if your active rule count exceeds the new plan's limit.
The least-recently-used rules are paused first. Paused rules are not deleted — you can reactivate them anytime by upgrading.
Active rule limit
The active rule count is the number of rules in Active state. Paused and Draft rules don't count toward the limit.
If you need to activate a new rule but are at your limit, pause an existing rule first (or upgrade).
Billing cycle
Billing is monthly through Shopify's subscription billing system. Your renewal date appears in Settings → Plan & Billing.
Charges are processed by Shopify, not directly by CheckoutMate. Your invoice appears in your Shopify admin under Finances → Bills.
Free trial
Every new installation of CheckoutMate starts with a 7-day free trial on whichever plan you select. No credit card is required during the trial.
After 7 days, billing begins automatically. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing or by uninstalling the app.
Cancellation
Uninstalling CheckoutMate from your Shopify admin cancels your subscription immediately. Your rules are removed from checkout. Data is retained for 30 days in case you reinstall.
